Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very bad, and I do not recommend it to anyone. The staff's attitude was disrespectful and showed a lack of concern for guests. There was no cooperation or attention given to guest comfort. The service was extremely poor and did not meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I regret choosing this hotel, and I hope the management reviews their approach and improves the level of service. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing, and I do not recommend staying here. The staff's attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly, and there was a clear lack of care for guests. The service was extremely poor and does not meet even basic hospitality standards. I truly regret choosing this hotel and hope the management seriously reviews their service and staff behavior.

Unfortunately, I was shocked by the hotel's standards in terms of reception and room cleanliness. The problem is that the hotel is rated five stars; if it were up to me, I wouldn't give it two stars.

I had the worst experience ever! the service was the worst .. The hotel is way lower than a 5 star hotel .. staff were incredibly rude and not very accommodating. Didn’t feel welcomed at all. I wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel and it will definitely be my last time staying in it!!
