Good hotel in a good neighborhood. Front desk...room service and restaurant staff are so nice and do make you feel welcome. We have been walking around send exploring urban trails and walks. Hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with lots of security in the area. Good restaurants around. Room service also available.

My experience with the hotel room was very good—comfortable, clean, and with a nice view. The hotel is on a busy avenue, but in a good location. The service was good. Flavor 1/5 ⭐ Quality 2/5 ⭐ Prices 2/5 ⭐ Hygiene 5/5 ⭐ Menu Variety 3/5 ⭐ I can't say the same about the restaurant. Despite being very comfortable, the flavor and quality of the food didn't reflect what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The chilaquiles (both green and red) tasted very acidic, and the accompanying beans were sour. I also ordered chicken broth, and it wasn't well-seasoned either; the chicken breast didn't add any flavor and arrived cold. My companions ordered seafood and had the same impression. Another day I had avocado toast and pancakes; they weren't bad, but it's definitely hard to make them perfect. The club sandwich was just okay. Something else that disappointed me was the drinks, as they mostly used syrups. I do recommend the hotel for lodging, but there are definitely better places to eat.
