I spent my Umrah stay at the Voco InterContinental Hotel, and from the very first day, the stay was exceptionally well-developed, with meticulous attention to detail. While many hotels neglect this aspect, this hotel stands out with its genuine smiles, warm welcomes, and undeniable professionalism from every manager and staff member. I would like to express my special thanks and appreciation to Mr. Sakhr and Mr. Rayan at reception. Their exceptional and refined service left a lasting positive impression, reflecting the true image of the hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It needs no additions; maintaining this high standard of luxury, comfort, and guest care is sufficient.

The hotel is generally excellent and wonderful. Room rates are great, but breakfast and parking are very expensive; parking should be free for guests. The location is good, but transportation is needed to reach the Haram. Buses run every half hour, but the service stops half an hour before and half an hour after prayers. We thank the hotel staff for their warm welcome, attentiveness, and concern for guest comfort. The hotel can sometimes be crowded at the entrance, and some reception staff are slow in completing check-in procedures.
