I HAVE BEEN A GUEST AT THIS HOTEL MANY A TIMES. THIS MONTH JANUARY 2026, ONLY ONE FEMALE STAFF AT RECEPTION SMILED AND GREETED ME. ALL THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS NEVER ONCE SMILED THEY ALL WERE MISERABLE AND JUST NONCHALANT. I SUPPOSE BECAUSE I WAS NOT DRESSED FORMALLY. SO I WOULD SAY IT IS A GREAT SHAME THAT THE STAFF IS VERY JUDGEMENTAL AND THIS IS THE REASON WHY THE HOTEL IS VERY EMPTY. TRY LEARNING COMMUNICATION SKILLS FROM THE PHILLIPINES HOTEL STAFF. ! THERE HOTELS ARE FULL WITH GUESTS AND ALL GUESTS ARE TREATED WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT. THE FEMALE STAFF WHO WAS AMAZING HAD BEAUTIFUL WHITE TEETH. ALSO THE SWIMMING POOL IS COLD AND THE JACUZZI WAS LUKE WARM. TO DRAW IN MORE MEMBERS MY SIMPLE ADVICE IS PUT THE TEMPERATURE UP. THANK YOU.
