I chose the W Hotel as the last stop of my New Year's trip, and my stay there truly demonstrated the service quality of a good hotel. I encountered a few minor issues with my accommodation, but thankfully Boom was incredibly helpful, assisting me with a room change, ensuring a happy ending to my trip. I'm truly grateful. The hotel's swimming pool and gym were also fantastic. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with friendly service. Even though dinner was a set menu, it was still very filling, and the desserts were amazing – highly recommended! 👍 Overall, despite the initial room issue, the subsequent customer service was satisfactory. The hotel's accommodation and dining quality met expectations, making it a top choice for a short holiday getaway.

I had a wonderful 5-night stay at the W Bangkok, from 27 December 2025 to 30 December 2025 and then 1 January 2026 to 3 January 2026. The only minor criticism that I have is that its emails requesting to know its guests’ special requests appear rather pointless. Upon my arrival on 30 December 2025, it was as if I had not communicated those special requests. That being said, this was quickly remedied. When I returned to W Bangkok on 1 January 2026, there was no need to repeat the same special requests - notice had already been made and my guest profile had been updated. This felt like a personal touch which made the stay all the more pleasant. I really like the Standard Room which I think is better value for money than the Deluxe Guest Room in which I had stayed in past trips. The bathroom and toilet is large enough in the Standard Room and also includes a bath tub. Besides this, I did not notice any significant difference in room area. Plus, one wouldn’t necessarily be allocated a Deluxe Guest Room on a floor than a Standard Room, unless paid for. The staff was always friendly, fastidious and accommodating. Although the W Bangkok is pricier than other hotels where I have stayed in Silom / Sathorn, its people, proximity to the BTS and quality of breakfast are worth the cost for this trip to Bangkok. And while there are many who say that the breakfast buffet at hotels are pretty much the standard fare - a topic for different discussion - the W Bangkok presented a wide variety and switched up the spread a little every morning. In addition, the quality of cooking and ingredients used at the W Bangkok was consistently good. So, thank you W Bangkok. I look forward to my next stay when I return to Bangkok.

2nd time guests. Everything us well done, fantastic pool and facilities, even had a dj playing. Food is very good and the staff are friendly and very helpful. We will be back, hopefully soon !
