One of the best hotel in Palm We were there for 5 nights full family for new year All staff are very cooperative and helpful. Morning breakfast excellent widespread from India options to almost all international options available. Very well organised kids play area with professionally trained staff they took very good care of my kids and they wont come out from there. Very good beach 🏖️ Kids pool is temperature controlled

The hotel facilities and the location are truly amazing. However, I must highlight a concerning issue regarding the security deposits. We checked in as a corporate group with over 50 rooms, yet the deposit amounts collected were completely inconsistent—ranging from 500 AED to 1,600 AED per person for the same duration of stay. Deposits should be a fixed, transparent rate. Furthermore, I paid a 1,500 AED deposit and checked out on 19 December. It is now 5 January, and the funds have still not been released to my card. I have had to contact both the hotel and my bank to investigate this. Please look into Reservation #74571157 and ensure these funds are released immediately

We had a wonderful stay at the W Dubai - The Palm. We were particularly impressed by the incredibly attentive, professional, and yet extremely warm service. We felt welcome and completely pampered from the very first moment. The view of the Dubai skyline is a real highlight, especially in the evenings from the rooftop bar. The rooms are exceptionally designed, modern, and stylish. The dining was also an experience in itself: creative, high-quality, and absolutely delicious.
