Excellent experience!!!! Absolute relaxation and tranquility!!! Very kind staff, always smiling, a special thanks to the person at the reception who speaks Italian (I apologize but I don't remember the name) super kind!!!! EXCELLENT and always varied food, the very well-kept gardens leave you speechless, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! The large and clean room, very comfortable, the beach too, there is a lot of privacy between the umbrellas, even if it takes 2 and a half hours of transfer from Marsa Alam airport, also due to the bumpy road, it is really worth it!!! Still uncontaminated location, the colors of the sea remain in your eyes and in your heart, we will definitely be back!!! See you soon AZUR 💙

All-inclusive resort except for alcohol. Beautiful gardens. Generally friendly staff. Good comfort. Very quiet. Very isolated and very far from Hurghada airport (5 hours on a bad road). It's not worth going that far if you're landing in Hurghada. You have to arrive from Marsaalam. The snorkeling is great in terms of fish, however, the corals have lost their color. Sometimes windy (stayed in February).

Great hotel with good food and friendly staff. (Tonight's "Sunday dinner" was excellent!) Currently very bad for snorkelers: the steps into the sea have been broken for days, and there's no sign of repair. You can't get into the sea. (And of course, you can't dive either!) There's a strong current in the lagoon, and not much to see (at least not for experienced snorkelers). However, a large barracuda (1.5 meters) often swims past the jetty. A special mention goes to Michael from the Azur Market at reception, who is very helpful with internet and card issues. Thank you! As beautiful as the resort is, for me, as a snorkeler and diver with a particular fondness for the house reef, this third holiday here was unfortunately my last.
