As always, top-notch service at the Waldorf Astoria. We booked through ASW and, as usual, received our upgrade to a suite. The suite was outstanding, with a fantastic view over Bangkok and the Central Shopping Center. The furnishings, service, and staff were superb, and our check-in was seamless and took place directly in the room. Every request was fulfilled within minutes. The hotel restaurant is incredibly good. The food was delicious and reasonably priced for a 5-star hotel. Through ASW, we received a $100 voucher that we couldn't even use up completely, despite the 5-star rating and higher prices. Not important to us, but a word about the pool: Don't book the Waldorf for the pool. It's spotlessly clean, but not really worth spending time there due to its location. At least during our stay, the loungers were always occupied, and the only available spots were in the shade under the pillar. But hey, if you're in Bangkok, you're usually not by the pool. Not important to us, but a word about the pool: For me, as always at the Waldorf Astoria, it's a 10 out of 10.

I had an outstanding experience during my stay. The hotel is comfortable and the service is excellent. A special shout-out to the lobby manager Mason, who was incredibly attentive and warm. He patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions with great professionalism and kindness, making my trip much more pleasant. Highly recommended!
