What truly sets the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal apart is the combination of exceptional people and an uncompromising standard of cleanliness and amazing service. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property operates at the highest level. The cleanliness was flawless. Not just in our room, but throughout the entire resort. Every space felt immaculate and meticulously maintained at all times, from the pathways and common areas to our private terrace and plunge pool. It gave us an immediate sense of comfort and ease, allowing us to fully relax knowing every detail was cared for. The staff is extraordinary. Every interaction felt warm, genuine, and thoughtful. Our concierge, Monserrat, was exceptional. She was attentive, proactive, and incredibly helpful. She handled everything seamlessly and elevated our stay in a way that felt both personal and effortless. The transportation experience matched the same high standard. The drivers who picked us up from the airport and those who drove us into town for dinner were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Each interaction reinforced how much pride the team takes in creating a polished yet relaxed experience for guests. We stayed in a king corner oceanfront unit, and the views were breathtaking—dramatic cliffs, endless ocean, and stunning sunsets. The private plunge pool was pristine and perfectly maintained, and we used it daily. The room itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed for privacy and comfort. Dinner on our first night at Don Manuel’s was outstanding and the perfect welcome after travel—refined, flavorful, and a true reflection of the care found throughout the resort. This is a place where excellence feels effortless because of the people behind it and because of the impeccable standards they maintain. The service, cleanliness, views, amenities, and attention to detail were all flawless. We left already planning our return. This resort sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality.

Just came back from a 2-night stay and it was incredible. We drove from Todos Santos and upon arriving, the private tunnel entrance transports you from downtown Cabo to the most peaceful and luxurious paradise. The welcome margaritas and free(!) valet parking were a great way to start our experience. We didn’t get upgraded unfortunately, but our standard room was still amazing, especially the plunge pool. There was also a custom bottle of Casa Azul waiting as a welcome gift and later in the afternoon, the staff brought chips and guac along with two bottles of Corona as a snack. The breakfast buffet was also great and as a Hilton Gold member, worth the $20 upgrade from the continental option. We ended up not eating dinner on the property and instead went to Salvatore’s one night and the better option, Casa Martin, the second night, which were the only times we left the property. Be sure to take the golf cart to the main gate if you want to venture out. Above all, the staff is what makes this place magical, and Francisco, our concierge, was always available via text. The pool area was no exception and they are so attentive getting you a spot, bringing waters, etc. The turn-down service is great as well and made returning to our rooms at night a pleasant surprise. All that said, it is very expensive so make sure you get your money’s worth.

The Waldorf Astoria in Cabo is on a completely different level. We were there last December for a business function, and everyone in our group is still buzzing about it. Imagine stepping out for a break between meetings and watching whales in the distance. That alone made the trip unforgettable, but everything else pushed it into a league of its own. This is the hotel we now measure every other place against, and nothing has come close. No matter the cost, we will return. The service is unreal. Our butler, Fabian, reached out prior to our stay and handled every single detail with such care that we never lifted a finger. He booked our tee times, made sure cars were waiting when we needed them, and even ensured our room was set up exactly the way we wanted. Luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality rarely line up this well, but this resort nails it. If you get the chance to stay here, take it. It’s worth every second.
