Our stay at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail was truly unforgettable. Everything in this hotel is at the highest level - service, cleanliness, food, comfort and atmosphere. But what impressed us the most were the people who work here. From the very first day we felt genuine care, kindness and hospitality. Every member of the team treated us with attention and respect and was always ready to help. A very special thank you to Oksana, who supported us and helped us so much during our stay. Her kindness, professionalism and warm attitude meant a lot to us. We would also like to thank the entire hotel team — the reception staff, senior managers, the kitchen and restaurant team, chefs, waiters, housekeeping staff who keep everything perfectly clean, the security team, the beach staff who take such great care of guests, the pool team and all the employees working behind the scenes who make every guest feel welcome and comfortable. During our stay a difficult situation happened in the region, but despite this the hotel showed exceptional humanity and hospitality. They extended our stay and meals and continued to support us without any pressure to leave. On the contrary, everyone became even more caring and attentive. It's clear that such a high level of hospitality comes from strong leadership and vision. The owner and management of this hotel have created not just a luxury place, but a culture of kindness, respect, and genuine care for guests.
