Dailin was amazing. Every time I walked in for breakfast she knew my name and made sure my beverage was expedited. The entire breakfast staff was attentive. The hotel services were amazing. I felt like royalty the entire visit.

The hotel has a distinct smell — fresh, crisp and welcoming. I found the staff especially at your front desk Gustavo, and Oliver very warm, courteous and professional. Your kitchen/ breakfast team were equally excellent, William, Dailin, and Milena are gems. I enjoyed my stay and will come again. Cons - Internet connectivity issues for 2 days.
