The rooms are far too small for a stay longer than a weekend, especially for a couple. The storage space for clothes is tiny, and it's impossible to keep a suitcase in the room because the space is so limited. The layout of the double bed, while comfortable, is quite strange, as it's on a sort of platform that takes up all the space between the side walls and the window. You can't walk around it, so you have to constantly step on it and disturb your partner to get up if you're sleeping on the side that's enclosed. The shower is pleasant, although very small, in a sort of corridor-like cubicle with the toilet. However, due to lack of space, the sink is located in the room, quite close to the bed. There's no refrigerator, mini-bar, or coffee machine—surprising for a 4-star hotel, but given the limited space... I should mention that we paid for an upgrade to a "superior" room, considering the even smaller standard room we initially booked. The breakfast included in the room price is a joke: just a cardboard coffee and a croissant to go. A proper breakfast served at the table in the restaurant is an extra charge. The cleanliness is quite good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, which is worth noting. The decor and furnishings in the common areas—lounge and restaurant—are great, with a trendy, chic style that we really appreciate. On the downside, the bar seems to be dedicated solely to lattes, espressos, and the like: enjoying a glass of wine, an IPA, or an aperitif is "forbidden" before 4 p.m.! Furthermore, the lounge seems to be a daily hangout for hipsters glued to their laptops, who remain glued to their screens for hours, usually without ordering anything. Is this the neighborhood's free Wi-Fi hotspot? As a result, it's very difficult for hotel guests to find a spot there. In conclusion, this hotel is only suitable for a very short stay in Tribeca and, overall, doesn't live up to its 4 stars or price.

We had a great time at the Walker Hotel i Tribeca. From Brandy at the front desk to Nelson on luggage, everyone went above an beyond to make our stay fantastic.

The whole room was basically a king sized bed and the thermostat didn't work. Fortunately, the default temperature was OK for me. It would've been nice to have a proper work desk and chair and mini fridge in the room. Stayed in the King suite for work. Staff was very nice and helpful and the location was prime. Happy with my overall experience.
