I've stayed at the Beach club many times. Only once did I have a minor issue with housekeeping. I stayed at The Swan over Christmas and everyday there was an issue with housekeeping. A few days no one showed up to clean my room.

I went to an event at the Hotel. The event was in the pool area and beach. The lobby bar and restaurant choices are great. I am a big fan of Blue Zoo but did not go on this visit. The event set up was very impressive. The food was very good and my drink was full for the events duration.
