Have been coming here for years and it’s still a great property at a great location. All of the staff are what make the property great as they provide the best service. Natalie was great at check in and unfortunately we were given a connecting room and there was a screaming baby next door but they gladly moved us so we could get some sleep. The entire room was extremely clean and the beds + pillows were perfectly soft for a great nights sleep. Our shower had no shower gel and they delivered some within 10 mins at midnight which is not that common and greatly appreciated. They had plenty of activities to do and the $50 resort fee includes a decent amount of things to do / perks such as Swan boat rentals, and Smores at night on the “beach”. For the holiday season they had a meet Santa and cookie decorating for the kids and there was a busy Karaoke bar on the ground floor. Self parking was $38 a day which is pricey but in line with the area. The holiday decorations were plentiful throughout the property as well. Will definitely be back as the proximity to Epcot and Boardwalk cannot be beat

Just incredible. Never had a bad experience here, the Dolphin or the Swan boutique hotel. Swimming pool is amazing, plenty of places to eat, close to Disney's Boardwalk, yact club and beach club. Something for everyone.

Parking price are crazy. If you forget bring your parking ticket to the restaurant, you have to pay $40 to leave the place.
