We absolutely loved our stay here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive — they truly made our stay feel special. The location is stunningly peaceful and private, overlooking lush rice fields and tree-covered hills. Despite feeling like a serene retreat, it’s still very accessible to nearby restaurants and activities around Sidemen. The secure private entrance and the hotel being set slightly below street level add to the calm, secluded atmosphere. The on-site restaurant was a real highlight — the food was exceptional, and the drinks menu was equally impressive. The spa, while offering a smaller treatment menu, was clean, relaxing, and well worth visiting. The foot massage and creambath hair spa were fantastic 👌 (we only wish we had more time to try the body massages!). Our room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. We also loved the many inclusions with our stay — free yoga, breakfast, and afternoon tea — which made the already reasonably priced rooms incredible value for money. We would highly recommend this accommodation to any traveller looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay in a beautiful setting.

We stayed at Wapa di Ume Sidemen for three nights and our experience was 10/10. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help and offer recommendations. The hotel is beautiful, even more so than in the photos. The villa is amazing, with impeccable decor and cleanliness; everything is new and meticulously maintained. We wish we could stay longer, and we will definitely return if we go back to Sidemen.

Highly recommend this place! Sri and Budi went out and beyond in hospitality! We wanted to experience some local religious sites and they have organized for us a trip, where we could dress up as locals, the prayer was also explained and introduced, transportation with water and snacks provided. Truly an unforgettable experience during my 6 weeks Bali trip. The restaurant at the hotel is also great, both for breakfast and for dinner. The rooms are big and clean and I highly recommend to get the villas with the own pools. Thanks a lot, will be back for sure!
