An absolutely unacceptable experience from beginning to end. The rooms are tiny, outdated, and poorly maintained. On the second night, we discovered a mouse gnawing on our belongings in our bags. At reception, the cold and unpleasant staff told us the hotel was already aware of the problem, without offering any solution. It is therefore clear that infested rooms are being rented out knowingly. The next day, without our consent, the staff changed our rooms while we were out, opening our suitcases and searching our belongings, which constitutes a serious invasion of privacy. The new room was even smaller, with dilapidated curtains, faulty lamps, no storage space, and disastrous soundproofing. Despite several emails sent to management with supporting photos, we received no response. The lack of professionalism, respect, and hygiene is astounding. The only positive point: the location. But this in no way makes up for such a deplorable experience. This establishment should be avoided at all costs.

A scandalous experience from beginning to end. Mice were present in the room and damaged some of our belongings. The most shocking thing is that the receptionist was fully aware of this problem but still rented us the room without informing us. The next day, we were moved to a different room without our consent: the staff moved all of our belongings by opening our suitcases, which constitutes a serious invasion of our privacy. The new room was smaller than the previous one, with damaged curtains, faulty lamps, and no storage space. The soundproofing is catastrophic: we could hear everything that was happening in the hotel, making the stay particularly unpleasant. The reception staff were cold, unpleasant, and completely indifferent to guests, with no willingness to help and no sense of service whatsoever. It's truly regrettable, as the hotel is well located near public transportation, but this is absolutely no excuse for the lack of hygiene, respect, and professionalism. This establishment should be absolutely AVOIDED.

Very well located hotel (5 minutes’ walk from St Pancras and the underground/train stations). However, the rooms are run-down, old, and extremely small. We stayed for three nights. On the second night, we realised that a mouse was eating our belongings inside our bags. We reported this to the receptionist (I have rarely encountered someone so rude), who told us that the hotel was already aware of the issue and that nothing could be done. So you are knowingly renting out rooms infested with mice! On the last night, we were finally offered to change rooms (thankfully!). We agreed to handle the room transfer at the end of the day. Imagine our surprise when we returned at 6 p.m. to find that our suitcases had been opened, searched through, and our belongings moved from one room to another without our consent. Unsurprisingly, the reception claimed to know nothing and told us to “email the manager to request a refund.” Four emails to the manager later, along with numerous photos as evidence, and still no response. Pathetic service — I do not recommend this hotel.
