Had the guy in the parking garage threaten to bear spray me for standing on the side walk out side… really unprofessional… especially if I was to knock him out for spraying me on a public sidewalk…old Asian guy…definitely watch out for him he thinks he’s tough till he gets layed out…will never use there parking garage again I had my car in there too

This has been a really frustrating stay at this hotel I checked in Friday night and was moved three times, do the fact that the initial room that was given to me was only a king size bed on the 10th floor, when I had actually booked 2 queen size beds, so then I had to go back downstairs. Christopher then sent me to room 703, I open the doors to find the beds against the tv. Went back downstairs, and was given a room on the 6th floor, he said "I would have a view" but declined to tell me that it would be of a building. What a great birthday trip this stay has turned out to be. Then the faucet to room we received the nozzle to the showerhead moves when you turn it on and you either get stuck with cold water or hot water coming down on you. I called the front desk last night spoke to Tiana who said she would send engineering in the morning to fix it. Engineering did come by and left a note, but it had nothing to do with the issue we are having. I thank you for leaving that ,but instead of leaving a note they should of called because I doubt the issue I was having was communicated correctly. Got back in Saturday night to find out it's still not fixed. Went downstairs, spoke to Marquez who couldn't really tell me anything, but he could tell he didn't want to deal with it because 'he had a headache'. He did provide with manager and supervisor names. Called downstairs, Sunday morning and found out 'no note had been left regarding me needing engineering still by the person who answered the phone but that he saw a note stating I wanted to talked to the supervisor. Spoke to the supervisor Bill Anderson, which the tone in his voice, sounded dismissive. In part by the way he spoke because I had bought my stay through a 3rd party, it's my fault for not having the room I wanted. So it's good to know where the hotel staff perspective is on how their customers book and which ones count. So much for being created equal. In the end Esteban did fix the showerhead nozzle the afternoon before we checked out. I would appreciate though if their staff didnt just try to brush customers off because of how they book at their hotel. It makes me wonder if Les Hammons, Bryan Wong, Bill Anderson, or the GM Eric teach their employees that taking care of the people that book straight from their site are more important than other guests. Another thing almost every time we came into the hotel at night it smelled like weed.

We stayed at the Warrick for ECCC2026 and it was great! The hotel was nice , clean, and quiet. We were close to our event , it was a 10 minute walk to the convention center. The walk felt safe and the area was nice! The staff at the hotel and restaurant were amazing! The restaurant in the hotel has great food and at a great value. The parking was easy and close to the rooms. I highly recommend the Warrick and can't wait to stay again!!!
