It would be a 5 star BUT ... Poor communication with management. The general manager as well as the assistant manager upon arrival approved and respectfully told us we could park our motorcycle in camera view under a covered section in front of the main office manager's window. We made sure to mention we would be in and out throughout the day. (In and out at least twice to three times a day during our stay) Only booked for three nights. The very next night a note was left from "management" that we could not park there. Very upsetting and rude considering we got approval by the general manager!! On top of that, by the third day, after using some of the towels in the bathroom, it revealed a needle. Yes a medical needle. Sitting behind the bathroom towels on the bathroom shelf. Luckily it appeared to have a cap over the needle but let's talk about bodily fluids for a minute and how a member of management came In after we made the office aware of what was found and bare handedly picked it up informing us it was an insulin needle. I'm sorry but do you understand how many drug users are out there and besides, ever heard of someone with diabetes and STDs or any other diseases? What if we had small children who found it first??? It was gross and poor handling of the situation to not even acknowledge the health side of it. A simple "oh it's just an insulin needle, my sister in-law has them" I don't care. Your maid services should be catching these things on top of the dirty socks from a previous guests. That was not even mentioned due to the shock of the needle being seen. The cleaning services must do better. Look under the sink fixtures, in cubbies etc. As well as the shower head needs some much needed scrubbing considering the water comes out and onto peoples bodies. The rest of the room was clean just not dusted. If I were to add anything else, for the price of the room nightly, the facility could afford better pillows. Stacking 3 pillows made up for what one pillow could have done. Super thin and super cheap pillows. Maid services only knocked on the door once while we were there but being gone all day not once did anyone go in there and bring more towels or clean bedsheets. We were disappointed there but the rest of the stay was comfortable. Just disappointed with those things mentioned above.
