WORSE EXPERIENCE. I CHECKED IN AND OUT IMMEDIATELY AS THE ROOM WAS HEAVILY INFECTED WITH BEDBUGS AND VERY DIRTY. I CAN'T AFFORD TO LET IT HANG ON MY BAGS AND GO HOME WITH ME. FIND ATTACHED VIDEO OF THE BEDBUGS DISPLAY

Came back to an unlocked hotel at 2.30am to find a man off the streets lying on the floor of reception. He was unconcious or asleep. He could have come from the streets or anywhere heaven forbid. Felt extremely unsafe even if he was just trying to get first in line for the continental breakfast. Shocking. Lovely room though
