Unfortunately, my experience at this spa fell far short of expectations, especially considering it's located in a 5-star hotel. The tub water was cold, as were the hydromassage jets, making it impossible to relax. Even the experience showers were completely cold. The Turkish bath also had an unpleasant odor, a clear sign of poor care and maintenance. As for the herbal tea area, there was only one option in a dispenser, with no choice whatsoever, which is unexpected in a facility of this caliber. Another disappointing aspect was the service: after a very brief explanation of the program, we were completely left to our own devices, and no one came to check if we needed anything or if everything was working properly. And to complete the picture, the cost of the experience was completely disproportionate to the quality of the services offered. Only after experiencing the program can I say with certainty that the asking price is in no way justified. Overall, an unpleasant experience and definitely below the standards expected from a spa of this caliber. I hope the facility can address these issues to improve the quality of service offered.

My experience was negative, very negative. To be fair, following our complaints (dirt, cold water everywhere), we were offered a voucher. Disappointing, the large rooms were furnished in questionable taste, a relaxation room with a noisy fountain adorned with a stuffed monkey, a cold-water jacuzzi with non-functioning jets, a lukewarm hammam, a smelly Turkish bath, a dirty sauna... I think that's enough... if you still want to go, BEST WISHES!

So much relaxation and kindness. I booked an afternoon at the spa at this splendid resort. From the moment we arrived, the lush greenery and palm trees transported us to a distant world. Once we reached reception, we were escorted down to the spa, which was a real surprise: clean, large, welcoming, and filled with captivating scents. We had only booked the spa, but we also decided to have a massage. I thank Rosa for relaxing me to the point of falling asleep. Finally, I took a dip in the heated pool and rounded out my relaxing afternoon with an aperitif. Definitely an experience worth repeating.
