The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the staff are very polite. The beach is excellent, with calm waves, ideal for children and the elderly. It's a shame that the rooms only have one bathroom; we were a group of five, and having only one bathroom was a real drawback. Regarding the food: the breakfast is very good and well-served. The snacks are also great; the à la carte dishes are what leave something to be desired. But overall, I really liked the place.

Family-friendly, cozy, very good hotel. Excellent service at reception and at the Prazeres do Mar Restaurant, I felt at home. A 10 out of 10 for the staff members Dalila, Letícia, Vinícius, and Gi, they are wonderful. 🩷🩷🩷

Expectation vs. Reality – Hotel The photos presented on platforms create a completely different expectation from the reality encountered. What is shown in the images does not correspond to what is found in person. The rooms are old, with visibly worn and poorly maintained furniture. The room we stayed in had two double beds, both with extremely uncomfortable and poor-quality mattresses. The bathroom is also quite deteriorated. The mirror was stained, the inside of the shower stall had mold, and the overall feeling is one of lack of maintenance. The hotel's paintwork is also in very poor condition, both in the interior and exterior areas, which reinforces the appearance of neglect of the structure. In addition, the cleanliness left much to be desired. As soon as we entered the room, we went to take a shower and found hair in the toilet and also inside the shower stall, which demonstrates extremely poor cleaning. In general, the price charged per night does not correspond to the quality of the room or the conditions offered. The experience was quite disappointing. The only positive point was the service at reception, which was cordial and attentive. Tip: Ask to see the room before booking. This way you avoid unpleasant surprises.
