I loved the hotel, especially the location, cleanliness, and the front desk staff, who were very helpful. However, the only disappointing part of my stay was an interaction with a man in the guest services area on the first floor. When I went to retrieve my luggage and handed over the claim tickets, he cut me off mid-sentence and told me to wait because the bellman was busy. I waited calmly, and the bellman later helped me very politely. I don’t want to make a big issue out of it, but I do think this is a good opportunity for management to address customer service standards. As someone who works in the service industry, I found this behavior unnecessary and not aligned with the level of service expected from a hotel like this.
