Terrible experience…..My husband and I traveled from Vancouver to Whistler on Sunday, February 14, to celebrate Valentine’s Day and Family Day with a short getaway. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 6:30 PM and paid $868 for one night. Upon arrival, we understandably expected basic amenities and comfort, especially given the premium rate. However, when we attempted to take a shower, we discovered that there was no hot water. The water was completely cold and unusable. We reported the issue to the front desk. The receptionist, Joe, informed us that there was nothing he could do and did not take responsibility for resolving the situation, despite the significant amount we had paid for a single night. He advised us to contact the hotel manager and provided his phone number. Due to the freezing temperature of -5°C and the lack of hot water, we were unable to shower, brush our teeth properly, or even wash our faces comfortably during our stay. It was an extremely cold evening and morning, and the situation made our stay very uncomfortable. We checked out at 10 AM the following morning. Three days later, I contacted the manager. He stated that he was traveling and would return my call upon his return. After waiting five days without any follow-up, I called again. He said he was driving and would call me back, but he never did. I also attempted to reach Joe at the hotel and called the manager, Beny two additional times, but received no response. This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable, Our concerns were completely disregarded. I feel it is important to share this experience so that others can make informed decisions when planning their trip to this hotel.

Benny looked after us when we had a car issue and needed accommodation. Great lodge right in the centre of the village, short walk to gondola, restaurants & bars. Benny is unapologetically passionate about his guests and their experience at the lodge. I will be staying here next year and telling anyone who asks to do the same. Great place, fantastic location, awesome management 👍

Great location in middle of the village, and Daniel made sure our stay was great. Comfortable rooms, and nice parking under the building included in the stay. Nothing to complain about at all.
