I do not recommend this hotel. They have zero empathy for their guests. Despite the inclement weather and transportation delays yesterday in the Paris area, and being unable to reach the hotel despite having only a three-hour reservation, they still charged me for the entire day. This is the kind of hotel that cares about nothing but making money. When you travel and are in another country, empathy is important. Do not book with them.

Everything was perfect, from our arrival to our departure. The welcome, the room, the bed, the breakfast, the attentive and pleasant staff—everything was wonderful. Thank you for everything!

I booked this hotel at short notice while waiting for a Eurostar train. My reservation was confirmed and fully paid, and I had informed the hotel in advance that I was traveling with an assistance dog, which under French law (laws n°87‑588 of 30 July 1987 and n°2005‑102 of 11 February 2005) must be admitted without any additional fees. Despite this, the hotel attempted to intimidate me and charge me extra upon check-in for my assistance dog. The situation was followed up by repeated emails to my phone after 11 PM, creating a stressful and threatening environment. This was a dangerous and unacceptable experience for a solo female traveler. The hotel’s behavior violated French law and professional standards, showing a complete disregard for disability rights. I strongly advise against staying here, and I will be reporting this behavior to the relevant French authorities and sharing my experience publicly.
