At first glance the rooms feel quite grand, but on closer inspection they could use some attention. Several light bulbs were not working, and the bathroom would benefit from a thorough clean. The hotel has made an effort to deter pigeons from the third-floor balcony, but it hasn’t been fully effective, and the resulting mess needs to be cleaned more regularly. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They generally speak good English, although occasional misunderstandings can happen, so it’s best to double-check that requests have been understood. Breakfast is buffet-style with a good variety of options, and eggs can be cooked to order, which was a highlight. One small oddity is that the breakfast chairs are extremely heavy. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from the main street and the bus station, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. We stayed here primarily for the safari, which is about an hour away. There is a swimming pool that looks very inviting, although unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to use it. I also hope the gym is restored and reopened soon. Overall, this is a good hotel, and with a few minor improvements it could be a great one.

Hotel has neatly arranged rooms. Service personals are realy helpful. Good food from arachchi there own restuarant . We stayed at family suite . No intercom line. Bath towels had to be requested and had to goto the reception for that as no intercom. Toiletries for family room inadequate which is for 6 people.

It's a hotel with really bad service, they're always late, the food is not good at all, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
