I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel White Pearl with my group, and it was a truly wonderful experience. As a Tour Manager, I always look for excellence, and this hotel exceeded all expectations. Highlights of my stay: Outstanding Management: A special mention and heartfelt thanks to the Reception Manager, Mr. Durga Raj. He is an incredibly kind, professional, and humble person. His welcoming nature and dedication to guest satisfaction made us feel right at home. Prime Location: The hotel is located very close to the beautiful Pokhara Lake (Fewa Lake), making it extremely convenient for sightseeing and evening walks. Impeccable Cleanliness: The entire property is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, providing a very comfortable atmosphere. Delicious Food: The hotel's restaurant is excellent. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh—definitely one of the highlights of our stay! I highly recommend Hotel White Pearl to anyone visiting Pokhara. Whether you are traveling solo or with a large group, this is the place to be. I look forward to bringing my future groups back here!

The door locks in the rooms were not working properly, and when we tried to lock the door from outside, they made a very loud and unpleasant noise. At night, when other guests locked their doors, the noise was very disturbing and made it difficult to sleep. The manager said he was not aware of this issue and that it needed to be fixed. One day, all the staff went on a picnic together and the elevator was turned off. We were informed in advance, but because the elevator was not working, we had serious difficulties. On that day, the rooms were not cleaned, and there was no water or towels in the rooms. Because of the elevator being out of service, we had to carry everything by hand up to the sixth floor, including our personal items and anything we brought from outside or bought that day. What was surprising was that even though I had asked for the room to be cleaned, no alternative arrangement was made and everyone went on the picnic. Another issue was that there was no international breakfast. When I said I could not eat those foods, they told me that most of their guests are Indian and the food is prepared according to their taste. Every day I had to ask for a small amount of cheese so I could eat something. On the positive side, the location was good and close to the lake, and the rooms have a nice view, but there are many buildings in front, so you should not expect a direct view of the mountains or the lake.
