Today I am having a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the service, specifically at the hotel reception desk with Mr. André. I arrived at the hotel at 10:00 AM to check in and watch the Corinthians game at 4:00 PM. I requested early check-in and he informed me that nothing was available. However, I made it very clear that I could have any room, even mine being the most superior one. Now it's only 2:58 PM, several people arrived later, checked in early, and I still haven't been able to access my room, tired and likely to be late for my appointment. My complaint is simply that I requested ANY available room and there was great disregard, lack of organization, and even a lack of empathy. I arrived at 10:00 AM, it's already 2:50 PM and nothing!!! I made it clear that I don't mind if it's an inferior room, but they should have the empathy to know that I've been waiting for 4 hours and watching everyone else check in. And I'm still waiting, even though I don't care about the price, I just want to be booked as soon as possible since I have other commitments. Total lack of empathy and even disrespect for the customer. I will never stay at any Windsor hotel again because of this much stress.
