Nice decent place to stay. Great customer service. I plan on coming back. Would definitely recommend to others.

Affordable with easy access to downtown Anchorage.

The manager still has yet to call us back and issue a refund for the night my family and I did not stay and returned the key shortly after entering the room on the third floor. First and foremost this place smells disgusting. The entrances smell HEAVILY of urine inside the door and outside of the door. To smell this heavily of urine there need to be a lot of people peeing in these places. Secondly this location is housing for low income/ homeless individuals, so expect drugs to be present and people to be on drugs. I witnessed a mentally unstable guy with his back against the wall right in front of my room wide eyed staring at my 10 month old daughter as I’m walking her in her car seat , as he’s staring at her he is sliding his feet riding the wall with his back to it clearly on drugs and not the first thing I want to see outside my room. Walking up to the room initially there was a family who was clearly living here, moving there belongings out, judging by the time, they were being kicked out, the guy made a snickering laugh as I walked by with my 3 year old son and 10 month old daughter, and said “watch out bruh”. My son took his shoes off in the room and immediately mentions his feet being itchy and stinging I loooked and he started to get bumps on his feet and some sort of nasty rash. I heard doors slamming people yelling maybe they were cleaning or whatever but I tell you this is the SKETCHIEST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Mind you alls I want to do is GET A SAFE ROOM and wait for my girlfriends plane to land so we can drive back to the peninsula in the morning. I got the key at 4:30, and returned it within an hour and decided my family’s safety is not worth staying at this place. We chose the Hyatt for the night. The lady at the front desk told me the manager would call me and he didn’t. I was transferred to the managers phone and left messages, as did my girlfriend and explained the situation and why we decided not to stay. He still charged us for a room we did not occupy, and has not returned our voicemails. Avoid this place at all costs. Not worth it. This place appears to be rented out to low income families who I assume are paying by the week and or month, and homeless people who get enough money for a room for the night so they treat it terribly. I still want my money back as safety was a concern and I brought this up to the front desk staff both a male and a female. Don’t stay here
