Call and ask if the elevator is working. Its only been almost TWO MONTHS, and the elevator is still out of order. Management will tell you the elevator company is dragging their feet on the repair. Guess its only one repair company in south Mississippi!!. Checking in was the best part of this adventure. Once I opened the room door, it was all downhill!! Pictures should tell the story. You won't regret going down to the next exit east. Hotels are better, more restaurants.

I would like to start this by saying the rooms were in great shape very clean now that's all the good I can say about this. I got a room in January 8th and I started by reserving it online and different apps had different prices but around the same because the phone died before I completed the reservation I decide to just pay at the hotel and shocked because online it was between 65 and 75 dollars but the front desk tells me 107.00 for a single regular room and was told the printer was messed up so I couldnt even get a receipt I didn't even argue because I paid wit my phone and the receipt is on my statement so because it was late I figured I would wait until the next morning then ask to speak to the owner so the next morning I called the office obviously there was a different employee working I asked if there was a typo cuz I felt like I was overcharged especially after you not getting a receipt she says if I accepted that rate that's on me I said I need to speak to the owner she said no I don't I asked what time the owner came in she said I didn't need to know that have a good day so that just proves that the professionalism is lacked very much at this hotel and after I'm done with this they're probably going to be hiring for people with at least communication skills if nothing else but there's definitely room for improvement at this place and I would not recommend this place but nobody on the Gulf Coast or any tours planning on coming here and to the lady that overcharged me and the one working this morning that thinks she can just deny me to write to talk to the owner because of how I was treated they both have a lot to learn but what they did not realize is I have ties with these owners because I lay flooring in these hotels I may not have their phone numbers personally but I definitely know people that can reach them this would be handled professional I apologize that it will most likely take your job but that's not my fault that's your own and now you can have a good day like you told me

The hotel is incomplete disarray. The vending machines are not working. The “store” is empty. The air conditioners are broken. The bathroom door in the room wouldn’t even lock. If all of this isn’t enough, One of the maids let herself into the room after we were already here without even contacting us first. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
