We loved staying here. The breakfast was really good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall we had a wonderful time. The lighting in their room was a little dim and could use more lights. Other than that everything was great and clean

We have stayed at this location several times before. This is the first trip I was disappointed. The complimentary breakfast was pretty bad. The biscuits were hard, they ran out of milk way before the end of breakfast time, and the scrambled eggs were runny (I don’t know how it’s even possible to do that). The waffles were good, but we ended up going to the store and getting some breakfast items for our room. There is only one charger for an EV. It looks like at some point there were more but they have since broken or been removed and not replaced. And of course, people who DO NOT have an EV still park in the spots specially marked for EV! (If this is you, don’t be a douche!) If you have a Tesla, there are several Superchargers available at the Courtyard by Marriott up the hill towards town. Our room was very clean. This is the only thing that has been consistent with every stay. All the staff was friendly except for the young man who checked us in. He wasn’t rude but also didn’t seem like he really wanted to help us either. The location is excellent, especially if you have a boat or trailer. Big parking lot with lots of long spaces for boats. The sundry shop is pretty expensive, like gas station prices. Save some money and get what you need at Walmart down the street. The heated pool is very nice for winter time. It does have handicapped access lifts for both the pool and hot tub. The pool chair cushions are dirty and stained. They could use a cleaning or replacement. And the pool towels are extremely scratchy and tiny (like toddler size). Use your own pool towels if you have them! Otherwise plan on drying off with sandpaper. The overall experience was still good but I took off a star for things I mentioned here.

The rooms are clean, and the hotel is very well located. We loved our stay! The pools were open during the winter, and everything was wonderful.
