Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel. There's apparently construction going on and drilling and banging so I can't even hear myself think in my room so I went down to the front desk to advise them. While advising the woman at the front desk, she pointed out the noise from the construction and asked if that is the noise that was happening in my room. I advised it was and I had just worked a long day because I'm here in business and really could not relax or take a nap. They told me to go back up to my room pack up my stuff and they would move me to a different room. After I did all this I called down to let them know I was ready for my next room. 10 minutes later they called back and said never mind they can't move me and that's the only option that I have. So instead of being able to relax or take a nap or even do any work, I spent my time packing my bags expecting to be moved to another room. I am shocked that I was told by the front desk that she had another room ready and then called me to tell me that she did not. Because I couldn't get any work done in my room, I decided to go to the bar before meeting with my group. The bartender asked how my stay was going and I was very honest and let her know what happened. She apologized profusely and said that she is going to talk to her manager. Her manager came out and they walked in the back and I could hear that they were talking about me and when she returned said that they are going to take care of this issue. Nothing ever happened so every single manager in this hotel lied and treated me disrespectfully. I've never been treated so terribly. This is just appalling.

Good afternoon, I finally got time to post this from my experience last month. I have stayed at this hotel for the past few years to play in the Carolina Cup Soccer Tournament. Never had any issues until I went in Dec 2025. I ordered room service in between games, fried chicken sandwich. The actual meal took an hour to come which was longer than expected but they could be busy, so not a major issue. What was a major issue was the chicken was RAW (see picture). I had to drive 40 mins to Greensboro for my relocated game afterwards, not knowing if I was going to be sick. I took the meal to reception and showed them. I paid over $400 in total for my stay but you did take the chicken sandwich off my bill I think. All I would say is please invest in a food thermometer to avoid anyone else having this experience. Happy New Year
