I have been trying to contact this lodge about my reservation and it’s impossible. The phone number on Google listing and on their website says out of service. I emailed them and sent a message through the website and never get any replies. I’m not even sure this place is operational and I have already paid for some nights, yet it looks like they will keep the money and not bother having any customer service. 100% do not book here, you will regret it. I will be following up with my credit card company.

Do not stay here! We booked for 2 nights. We called 2 months prior to ensure we could do an early check in. When we arrived at noon, there was no lobby staff. We tried calling both numbers on the website. The 970 doesn't even connect and the other number just goes to a full message box error. We tried emailing the information on their website. Normal check in was supposed to be at 4. We ubered to the Zephyr lodge area and waited 6 hours. We attempted to call, email and even tried the website contact us prompt box to no avail. We finally just booked with the Zephyr lodge and had a great time. We checked back on the website and the pool, hot tub and on-site restaurant were closed which are their only amenities, so even if we could have stayed there, we wouldn't have had anything to do and would have had to go across to the Zephyr lodge area anyway. Save yourself the time. Reserve with Zyphyr and enjoy your stay. Avoid this place at all costs.
