The location is great, and the staff is very friendly, both day and night. Especially a dark-haired girl who was there Sunday night; she took it upon herself to call the pharmacies to see which one was on duty because I needed one. She was incredibly helpful and kind! The only downside is making and unmaking the bed, not out of laziness, but because sometimes you arrive late, and if the other guests are already asleep, how do you make the bed? It seems very complicated. Everything else was fine.

Fair price for a good location. There are a lot of cool features (karaoke night, concerts, beer pong, kitchen, chill area...) if one wants to use them. The 6-people rooms feature large lockers, and also smaller lockers inside the bed, very useful for wallet etc. there's also a little fan.

I have been contacting you repeatedly since 1 March, yet there has been no response whatsoever from your side. Instead, my request for free cancellation was declined without any consideration of the extremely critical circumstances involved. As I have clearly communicated earlier, there is an active war crisis and a complete airspace shutdown across the Middle East, which directly impacts all flights from India to Europe. My official travel has been cancelled by my organization for the same reason, and I have attached/mentioned the flight and accommodation cancellation confirmations below as proof. In this situation, travel is objectively impossible, and thousands of passengers are stranded due to safety and geopolitical risks. It is deeply concerning that the hostel is not taking into account the severity of the situation, especially when this is a matter of human safety and uncontrollable global events, not a personal change of plan. By denying an exceptional free cancellation under these conditions, it appears that the hostel is choosing to prioritize strict business policies over customer safety and humanitarian considerations. I sincerely hope this is not the intention, which is why I am requesting once again—clearly, formally, and urgently—that my booking be cancelled without penalty as an exceptional case. If the hostel still refuses to provide a free cancellation despite the clear evidence of force majeure, please send me an official written confirmation stating that the request has been denied under these extraordinary circumstances. I am not looking for free change of dates but a free cancellation as I cannot travel soon from India to Europe, it won’t be possible under the travel/shut down circumstances.
