We were put in a dirty room with no working lights. We were moved to a lower-category room, also dirty. In the end, we had to demand that they clean and fix the lights in the room we'd originally booked. All this at 10 PM after difficult flights. Why they don't check the rooms and prepare them for occupancy is unclear. The condition of the rooms themselves is terrible: the table has a broken leg and is completely worn out, the bathroom is filthy, there's hair on the sink and shower, and the soap dish is full of water. It's unpleasant to be in. And this is after I waited half an hour for them to clean it. The staff smokes right under the windows—it's impossible to breathe. The music in the neighboring establishment is VERY LOUD every day until at least 1 AM. Be warned. I don't recommend it.

I liked everything, it was a really good time, in January I'm gonna stay again because first experience was really nice. Not perfect clean, but it's really hard to keep clean in old buildings, atmosphere is amazing, garden I liked so much. Breakfast plate was really nice, I'm already advised to a lot of my friends to stay in this hotel, and everybody loved it. Yes, it's a bit noisy at nights, but for me it wasn't a big deal. Thank you 🤗
