Booked a single room with a sea view, the sunrise and sunset views were amazing, there was a chair in the corner of the room so it was nice to sit there with a brew and watch the sea. I have to say the beds were so comfy, had a good solid 8 hours sleep. The hotel was clean and fresh throughout. Reception was friendly and asked if everything was ok when I popped out to the shop. My check in was 3pm and I was allowed to check in 10mins early. If you do stay here, please close the corridor doors properly as they beep if you don't and its not fair on the people who have a room next to a keycard door. I stayed here on a Friday night into Saturday morning, so i guess it all depends on who stays when you're there. I heard a little noise from people passing by and children running around through the corridors but it soon stopped and I settled in for the night. From a single traveller I recommend this place if you're after a place to crash after a long day.

Ive stayed here now 3 times in a row with my partner and will more than likely soon be 4, Daniel is lovely who serves us, check in and out is always nice and easy, always nice and peaceful, rooms always have everything you need just perfect rooms are always clean, never had any problems on all 3 visits, right by the piers, perfect for a visit to Blackpool and a perfect price

Do not book here. 0 stars. Was booked in for a one night stay with 3pm check in but I received a text from the hotel at 3pm on the day saying they are cancelling my stay, as I was about to arrive at the hotel anyway, I tried to go and speak to somebody about the cancellation but they had locked the doors to the hotel and they refused to answer the phone. I still haven’t been refunded and the hotel refuse to acknowledge or apologise for any wrongdoing. So if you book here, warning: your stay will be cancelled last minute and you won’t be refunded! Avoid!!
