Not bad reasonable priced i will never stay again due to terrible phone and internet service and this franchise ownership has a policy of not allowing u tp be outside more the 20 min at a time we'll I smoke and am a business man no hotel owner is gonna dictate when I go in and out I paid for a room and have to be on my phone or internet 24/7 so if your a business person or smoke dont stay there

The plus... It's very clean and easy to access right off the highway. It feels really safe and people are friendly. The room was large with lots of storage. It had a strong musty smell but opening the window for some fresh Bakersfield air helped. LOL We were in town for a family funeral so stayed 4 nights. Our fault, I guess, for not knowing what this extended stay place was, but it's NOT A HOTEL. Although I knew they didn't serve breakfast, I had no idea to not expect the same amenities. The room has no coffee maker, no ironing board and no hair dyer. If you want to borrow their ironing board or hair dryer you have to leave your ID with them, which worked fine for the iron. But I ended up going and buying a hair dryer because I wasn't doing that every morning. You have to go to the front desk for clean towels, which wasn't a huge deal. They do not have toiletries in the bathroom and no hand towels. They do have a laundry basket in the room which was nice. We did laundry at our family's house. One night they told us they would not give toilet paper "after hours" (it was 10pm). She ended up giving us a roll "just one time." There is only 1 elevator and it's very slow. Despite allowing pets, in general we didn't even notice unless they were coming in and out. The units with pets have a little sign on them. All in all... would I stay here again? No! I prefer the basic amenities of a standard hotel. But it served a purpose while here. If you go in knowing what to expect (which I honestly think should be made very clear on their website) it isn't a bad place.

Room was clean, BUT the person(s) above us STOMPED around CONSTANTLY from 6pm to 6am!! Non-Stop. Tried to get top floor for the next night, all full. To the Hotels credit, they cancelled our 2nd night and gave us a refund.
