This has been the most frustrating and infuriating experience I have had with a hotel. I needed to cancel my reservation due to a car accident that required me to remain at the hospital. I called the hotel 12 times, but no one answered. Then, I tried the customer service number 8 different times, and each time I was told to call the hotel directly and that there was nothing they could do. I am astounded by the lack of professionalism of your associates. I understand hotels have policies about cancellations, however, in emergency situations such as mine I would think this company would show their consumers some compassion by allowing exceptions to their cancellation policy . However, instead of compassion, I was treated demeaningly. Every associate I spoke to acted dismissive towards my situation and has now deterred me from returning to any of your hotels in the future. I hope my complaint results in some constructive action to prevent future individuals from the same situation.

Was there for 2 weeks and the front desk attendants were all rude and very disrespectful. The rooms were dirty and had to be cleaned when I got there. I asked for nonsmoking but was put on the fourth floor that recked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. I asked to be moved only to be moved to a filthier room. There were gangs of people congregating in the parking lot at night. This place is horrible
