Recommend! People are so sweet and caring. Our room was very clean. Pet friendly. Our room had a full size fridge in it to. Will stay here again. Thank y’all for helping us get settled in.

Just terrible honestly smells like dog in the elevator wifi is terrible not able to do anything but sit in your room and watch the dang tv with barely anything to watch.can’t connect your phone to the WiFi cause you still get barely get any service in the building just ridiculous honestly if you need a hotel just to stay at and don’t need wifi and like to watch the same thing on the tv everyday this is your hotel

I cannot say enough about what a perfectly ran long term or short stay ran hotel this is. Been here Long-term because it’s close to where my fam member was in the hospital and now where they live so it’s worked out. At first it was Regina and Juan running it , they were beyond awesome. I never had any issues, in fact, I’m a little elderly and at first Id forget my key way more then normal. Never once did anyone give me a hard time, not once . I got in the habit of keeping it on me🙏🏼 Finally They just hired a new GM and she’s a rockstar! Andrea! Record cold temps in SA ! pipes burst it happens.Got a little wet then saw the quickest most efficient response to a Potential crisis, I say potential because it was handled so quick. water never killed anybody and anything that was damaged was taken care of . Of course it’s a professional hotel being ran by professionals It’s just amazing. I lived in the awful Rittaman 35 locations long term also. It is like night and day, and I would never recommend nor step foot in that other one again. I will be staying here @woodsprings stone oak for any of my San Antonio stays in the future. I have family coming in town this weekend and if room willing they’ll be staying here too! Nice hotels are great and all but it’s the staff that makes it a great hotel. The maintenance, housekeeping, and management are all Extremely hard workers! Mad props To the maintenance for their handling of the cleanup from the pipe burst. Andrea perfectly dispatched all the tools at her disposal to handle that Incident in the best way possible. They all do such a good job as a team! Our interactions with people usually depending on what kind of energy we’re putting out there. I try to only put positive out there and I’ve only gotten positive back from this entire staff, and I’m grateful for it. Check it out and come see for yourself!
