So old and poorly maintained. I feel like I’m in the Renaissance period not Renaissance hotel. So run down. Staff was friendly and bar staff were accommodating and personable.

We have been frequent visitors to the Renaissance Hotel coffee shop for the last 4 years. We wanted to tell you how impressed we are with your employees. They are so personable from Chef Tony (great breakfasts), Chris (the best doorman ever), O'Neill, Jody, Richard, Brandon, Jay, Madalynn and the coffee shop employees Lauren, Andrew, Whitney, Maria and Nikki. They are always so welcoming and eager to please. Just recently, and one other time, the coffee machine did not work. As before with Lauren and most recently with Andrew and Whitney, this did not stop their service. They were eager to serve us and went out of their way to suggest a coffee that would make our day. Every encounter with these amazing people is a positive one. Just wanted you to know how we value such people and their service! As an elderly couple we always appreciate the smiles and warm greetings. What a blessing! Thank You, Ken and Diane

The customer service has a lot to catch up. This invoice wasn’t sent to my email despite face-to-face reminder. Membership number wasn’t recorded hence resulted in missing stay. I left a pair of shoes in the room and I wrote in and sent reminder over the course of two weeks but no one responded.
