It was ok. I've been an owner since 2005 and it hasn't changed much other than no hot tubs on the balconies anymore which is really sad, that used to be a highlight of the stay. Had a few issues in the unit which cause a little inconvenience. Staff was great. Easy check-in & out.

I absolutely love this place, the only thing I wasn't fond of was how far it is from shopping (but most hotels are) and that there is only an outdoor pool. May be fine during the hot weather but we visited in the chilly fall. I would also like the rooms to individually heat and cool. Some rooms were warmer or cooler than others. Aside from that, though, no complaints. Everytime there was an issue, they showed up almost immediately to assist. I've had to wait hours at other hotels before, but not here and boy was that nice. They also gave us a little care package with coupons and have special discounts for shows and other things in Branson. Rooms are lovely and well, roomy. The lack of elevators can be tricky but I understand that technically these are condos. Oh, I do love the new bracelet keys for the rooms. They are so cool. It's been a while since I've stayed at one of these resorts so its the first I've used them. Basically, you get a waterproof bracelet with your room for no extra charge, or you can get these cute ones that are also waterproof, made of wood, what looks like lava rocks, with an adjustable band and the purchase of them goes to various non-profit organizations. There is only 3 to choose from now, and I hope they get more, but I love them. You get to keep them as a key and they can be reactivated at your next resort stay with World Mark/Wyndham at, as they told us, several locations. Let me tell you its so much easier not to lose and being able to get it wet is even better so you can go swimming without losing the key and still be able to use it.
