The beach is small, the water is shallow and rocky, meaning it's only good for sunbathing; everything else is fine.

My husband and I stayed at this property during our honeymoon in December 2024. While every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, our experience with the timeshare presentation was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We were told the presentation would last 60 minutes and that we could leave at any time if we felt uncomfortable. Instead, we were subjected to aggressive sales tactics, repeatedly pressured to commit to numbers on the spot, and denied the opportunity to discuss the decision privately. When my husband politely declined to continue, the salesman made an inappropriate and disrespectful comment implying my presence was unnecessary in financial decision-making. When we attempted to leave, the salesman reacted unprofessionally, and we were then forced to wait an additional 45 minutes to receive an exit questionnaire. What was promised as a 60-minute presentation lasted nearly 2.5 hours. This experience was inappropriate, disrespectful, and nearly overshadowed our honeymoon. Due to this encounter, we will not return to this property or any affiliated locations. Management should seriously reconsider how these presentations are conducted and how guests are treated when they decline to purchase.

The best service I've ever received. They treat you like a beloved family member. Everything is very comfortable and accessible, the food is delicious and the portions are generous. Plus, after checking out at 12 pm, you can stay and enjoy the all-inclusive amenities at no extra cost until 5 pm. The only problem is that we brought a car and they don't have parking, so we had to use the parking meter. That's not a problem, but the problem is that the meter only allows you to pay for a certain number of hours, not for the entire stay, which puts you at risk of getting your car immobilized.
