My stay was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. The rooms are in a frankly unacceptable state for a hotel that claims to belong to a well-known chain. The tables were sticky, the floor (which is carpeted) was very dirty and in some places even damp, which is truly unpleasant and unsanitary. The walls of the room were visibly stained, with marks that looked like coffee or some other kind of liquid, giving an impression of total neglect in cleaning and maintenance. The electrical outlets simply don't work properly; in my case, I couldn't even charge my cell phone. Something as basic as that should be a guaranteed minimum in any hotel, and even more so in one that supposedly offers comfort to its guests. In addition to this, there was excessive noise inside the hotel. During my stay, I constantly heard people running through the hallways, shouting and jumping, as if it were a recreational area without any supervision. This makes it impossible to rest. A hotel should be a place of tranquility, not a place where disorder and noise are tolerated without any intervention. The common areas are no exception. In the social areas, such as the pool and nearby hallways, there was visible trash and an obvious lack of maintenance. This only reinforces the feeling that the hotel is operating without clear cleaning standards or supervision. The bathrooms in the rooms are equally in poor condition, and the overall room design is extremely outdated, to the point that the room gives more the impression of a cheap motel than a place designed for the rest and comfort of its guests. The service in the cafeteria doesn't help improve the experience either; on the contrary, it's another example of the lack of attention and quality service that characterizes this place. The most frustrating thing is that, when reporting all these issues to management, the only response was a simple "we'll take it into account." Take it into account for what? The response sounds more like a way of avoiding the problem than a genuine intention to solve it. A hotel cannot aspire to maintain a reputation under a well-known brand if it offers dilapidated facilities, a lack of cleanliness, constant noise, and indifferent service to guest complaints. Frankly, the experience falls far short of what anyone would expect when booking at an establishment that boasts high standards of quality.

Poor attitude from reception staff, old facilities and I had no hot water either of the 2 days.

Excellent service and an exceptional breakfast included.
