I am currently staying at this hotel and feel it’s important to share my experience so far. First, the beds do not appear to be queen-size as advertised. They seem to be standard-sized beds, which was disappointing given our expectations when booking. Additionally, we paid for three guests to stay in this room, yet only one small water bottle was provided in the bathroom. When I politely requested two additional water bottles for the other two guests, I was told that the policy is one bottle per room. This was confusing, as we paid for three people—not one. I asked whether the expectation was for three adults to share a single small water bottle. The staff member said she would look into it, and later called to inform us that we would be charged for any additional water bottles. While I understand hotels have policies, this approach feels unreasonable given the number of guests we paid for and the minimal cost of basic water amenities. Overall, these issues have negatively impacted our stay and the value we expected. For the hotel staff, I am currently staying in room 223 if you’d like to provide us with water. Regardless we will be gone tomorrow.

It's a few kilometers from San Jose city, so you'll need to use Uber or similar, but it's a 10-minute walk to Wallmart. The surrounding area seems safe, except late at night. The rooms are equipped with refrigerators and microwaves. The showers and Wi-Fi are also excellent. English is spoken, so Japanese people can feel at ease staying here.
