Everything about this place from day 1 to Day 4 was horrible! We drove into the parking garage to go park and there were mattresses all over the parking garages FLOOR. we thought they were dirty mattresses they were getting rid of but when we approached the rude individual at the front desk he rudely met us with a sarcastic tone acting so dumb and oblivious even saying the mattresses are there because they’re being replaced by the ones that are in the rooms that everybody is currently staying at, we questioned him and he quickly changed what he said with his face turning very red. Once we got our room key to our room we waited 5 minutes for the elevator to open, one of them didn’t work. Once we entered the elevator was cold and there was no HEAT in the elevator or in the hallways leading to the rooms. We opened the door to the room being dirty with stains all over the floors and mattresses, toilet messed up, flushing doesn’t work and the shower water is VERY weak. Next day after that we were woken up by the fire alarm at 9:30 in the morning and we panicked running down to the lobby, maybe a total of 3 people were down there so you would think everybody would take this hotel serious, NOPE. Seems like they’re used to staying here and being woken up by the fire alarm. We asked the guy at the front desk what’s he going on, he told us to go back to our room and it’s not a real fire rather than having the place evacuated for protocol. We go back to our room and the firefighters didn’t come for a whole hour and a half, fire alarm going off while nobody can properly talk in peace or do anything to try and ignore the loud noise of the fire alarm. We told the guy at the front desk our whole experience here has been a nightmare he brushed us off and said ok? There’s no refunds here, lying to us. My cousin and I told him we won’t ever be staying at this hotel ever again, and I really urge anybody looking for a hotel to NOT come to this piece of garbage, they should really do hotel inspections in this state because this hotel won’t pass a single thing. Worse hotel experience of my Life.

Stayed here for 3 nights. They have us a room that had broken toilet that flooded in the middle of the night and the water was all over the bathroom and the room as well. We ended up having to change the room. You could easily tell that the room was not ready to be opened for guests and if you have to go there I recommend you test everything in the room and take good look before agreeing to stay in it. See photo I attached
