Top-tier hotel. I spent two nights in the presidential suite, and it had an absolutely gorgeous view. The staff at the front desk were phenomenal. One late night when I wanted to order food, the front desk staff recommended a place that was still open. I placed the order, the food was delivered to the front desk, and everything worked out perfectly. Anything and everything you need, the front desk staff are highly knowledgeable about the area and extremely professional. I highly recommend this hotel. The water pressure was excellent, and the room came fully stocked with all the necessary toiletries. Everything you would expect from a quality hotel.

Great location. Loved the beach and pool. Sales tactics, double talk and mixed messaging really turned me off. Front desk immediately upset I would not sign up for presentation. So they made me wait longer for my room although they called me several times to confirm my time. I met a nice representative but not before I was spoken in an unpleasant and unprofessional manner during sales pitch which I was told was not a pitch when I signed up for it. The individuals at front desk making eyes and upset I refused the gift card. Unsavory practice as they wrote down my information from identification but never told me why. I haven’t met two representatives from Wyndham that say the same thing. They looked shocked and say who told you that. The level of disrespect is unbelievable. I called the front desk after a presentation to speak with the gentleman I just met with. The staff says we have no one by that name and I’m standing in the lobby with the gentleman’s card in my hand. I was promised a late check out due to sales presentation and they reneged without letting me know.
