I was in town on business. The parking area is a ways from the hotel entrance and had gallon jugs of something and trash blowing through it. When I arrived I had a good check in experience. But when I got to my room the Tv only had 10 channels and some of those didn't come in well. The drain in the shower drained very slowly so by the time I was half way through my shower I was standing in 3 inches of water. The bottom of the shower was very slippery. There is no chair in the room other than the desk chair. The heating/AC unit in the room is very loud. But the worst part of my stay was that the cafe didn't have regular coffee, she just kept telling people she had to make it but never actually did. The bagel I got was stale and I only had poppyseed and raisin to choose from. I ordered Cream Cheese and without saying anything until I asked they didn't have any. All in all it was a place to crash after work, but I was not impressed.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had — and I travel extensively across the United States. I have stayed in hotels in almost every state, and I have never experienced anything like this. I booked and fully paid for a Presidential Suite. Upon arrival, I was checked into a standard King Room. When I returned to the front desk to explain that this was clearly a mistake, the receptionist was literally eating chips at the desk and dismissively told me, “No, it’s your room.” I calmly explained again that I had booked a Presidential Suite, not a standard room. She then claimed that the hotel “does not have any presidential suites” and that I would be staying in that standard room. That is unacceptable. You cannot sell a room category that you claim does not exist. When I requested a written statement confirming that they were refusing to provide the Presidential Suite I had paid for, her behavior immediately changed. She called a manager — who, by the way, was not even present at the property. After some back and forth, I was told there were “no rooms available.” I asked for a written refusal. They refused to provide anything in writing. The manager promised to email me an official letter. I never received it. Since then, the hotel has ignored emails and complaints. No response. No accountability. To make matters worse, the standard room they placed me in was in terrible condition — absolutely not worth the price I paid. I essentially ended up in an overpriced, poorly maintained standard room instead of the Presidential Suite I booked and paid for. I have video evidence recorded on Meta glasses, including footage of staff admitting I was not given the Presidential Suite. I will continue pursuing this matter formally. This hotel is dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward guests. I do not recommend it to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

I had a negative experience with a front desk staff member named John this morning. He was rude and appeared to be in a bad mood when I tried to use a voucher to purchase water and snacks. Another staff member had allowed this the night before, but instead of explaining the policy politely, he said she “did it wrong” and treated me disrespectfully. He was also rude and dismissive during checkout afterward, which made the overall experience even more unpleasant.
