I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed provided an excellent night’s sleep, and all amenities were well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. I also appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping and the high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. A special thank you to the Duty Manager, Kanun, who was exceptionally helpful and polite. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything during my stay was perfect. His professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to assist truly made a difference and enhanced my overall experience. The hotel offers excellent service, friendly staff, great facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely return in the future.

The hotel is clean, pleasant, new, and modern. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. We stayed with our child in the first building, which was very convenient. The pools are clean, the slides are open all day (unlike in Turkey), and the hotel grounds are pleasant and well-maintained. Special thanks to the hotel staff who came to our aid when we urgently needed it. A special thank you to Noom for his support and the valuable information he shared with me. Thank you!
