My check in went perfectly. They were very accommodating. Maria was the person to check me in and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Shelton who worked at the bell hop was also hilarious and did a great job! Our stay was perfect and the location was walking distance from Disney springs. I liked that we could wait at the pool and they had changing rooms while you were waiting. The elevators were also super quick! My cousins check in was the opposite. We arrived at 11am and requested early check in (Which we understand is not always possible). They said that if they couldn't do early check in, the latest it would be was 4pm. My cousin did not hear anything at 4, so at 4:03pm she went to check again. They said it still wasnt ready and they would call when it was. She didnt get a call until 5:30! By that time we were in Disney Springs to do engagement photos and a dinner reservation.

Great location and so close to Disney Springs. The shuttle to the parks is a great alternative to not having to drive and pay parking. Room view was amazing in the tower, room was clean and impeccable service. Staying here again.
