Going to say I am impressed with the new owner. Met up with him to go over the outside property and discussed the snow removal as well. He is a good business man and even better at understanding what I was thinking about revamping the property to bring in more people. I will be bringing my knowledge of property maintenance and also helping bringing in better people to the place

1st Room was not cleaned or straightened from Previous guest. Blood,Stains on carpet, Trash full. 2nd rm was missing TV, broken microwave, stains on sheets & carpet. We checked in/out immediately after. Hotel/Expedia refusing to Refund. If you want Dirty, Cheap, 0 Customer Service this place is for you!?!?

RUNNNNNNNN!!!!! This hotel was the worst hotel I have stayed at in my entire life. I booked this hotel to celebrate my daughter‘s birthday. Main reason I booked it was for the pool when I arrived it took 45 minutes to an hour to get checked in because the man in front of me was already upset And talking to the guy at the front desk. I even help diffuse the situation and got the man to calm down and help him get a better understanding with what the guy was trying to say the guy was upset because he travels for work and never heard of hotels charging deposit and he felt like they should have that in their policy before you book. The front desk guy said the pool is down for maintenance. That’s when I made a statement. Oh no , that’s the whole reason why I booked the hotel. I’ve then continued to ask if I would be able to cancel because then there’s no reason for me to stay at the hotel . He told me that he cannot provide a refund and that I would need to come back and talk to a manager the next day when he had already stated that there was a supervisor on the shift already.. I then went ahead and continue with the reservation because I did not want to lose out on my money. after I receive my room and did my $50 deposit that also is not in the policy but I wasn’t really upset about it because most hotels charge refundable deposits I wanted to be on the first floor. He had no double beds on the first floor so I had to get in a old elevator with my kids that we almost got stuck in and push our items upstairs . upstairs smelt so bad and looks so weird and uncomfortable. Then when I walked in the room, the room was so hot the bathroom was disgusting the tub was filled with grime and stained, and the heater was broke and stuck on one temperature, which felt like you would die in there from heat exhaustion, so I went downstairs and explain to the man the heat was broke and on one temperature he did try to accommodate by putting me in a king bedroom, so I wind up taking it because it was on the first floor . as I was continuing to take things out of my car and put it in the room it was a crowd in the lobby with about 60 people and people flipping out complaining and wanting to cancel their reservation and them telling them they cannot and then about 30 minutes later, the cops showed up and not really sure if the situation was resolved or the cops asked them to just leave ,that should tell you how bad this hotel is! then I found out this hotel is where people that are on drugs and prostitution happens and if you are there, you would notice. I wind up checking out the same night 3 to 4 hours later because I had my kids and my kids cousins and friends in the room and I was absolutely so uncomfortable and disgusted. I couldn’t do it. I say this to anyone if you are not on drugs, or homeless or doing prostitution, do not come to this hotel, I have never had an experience so uncomfortable, so disturbed and disgusted and then it’s ran by people that barely speak English nor do they care to actually help resolve really a problem. also, I never received my deposit back and it’s been a week when I was told it would take 3 to 5 business days to receive it back on my card and when I called the lady stated we only count business days continue to wait and if it doesn’t show up on your card, then you will have to go up to the hotel and talk to them, so I will be going back up there to receive my money back for my deposit because I already lost my money for the room and at that point I will probably call the police to help resolve the situation because I have a gut feeling it will not go in my favor due to how the place is being ran and it’s my money and it’s a refundable deposit .
