If I could give it less than one star, I would. The worst experience I've had in years. We arrived to check in and they only spoke Portuguese (neither English nor Spanish). We tried to go up to the room and two elevators were out of order. We entered the room and our beds were separated. There weren't even glasses for water in the room. Breakfast left much to be desired. And the tablecloths were dirty every morning. And to top it all off, MY CREDIT CARD WAS STOLEN FROM THE ROOM AND THEY MADE CHARGES OF OVER $12,000 USD. Some of these charges were for purchases at the hotel itself. I called the hotel to complain and they hung up on me. A disaster. Not recommended at all. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Room cleaning was nonexistent. The reception staff were very inconvenient. They didn't explain anything about the hotel or how it works. Beach service needs improvement.

Our experience staying at the hotel during the first two weeks of January 2026: On the plus side, the hotel is close to the airport, and the area is beautiful, with attractive buildings, palm trees, and a very "Miami-style" feel. Upon arrival, you see a restaurant that appears (judging by the cars) to be quite upscale. However, once inside, the service is practically unenthusiastic, they don't explain anything about how things work, they just give you a flyer and tell you to figure it out. In addition, they charge R$500, which they claim is refundable, but only in cash or by credit card (they don't accept Pix). As for the room, it has a strong musty, vinegary smell, but the view is beautiful (of the sea). Inside the room, there is a refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, telephone, and hairdryer. It also has 220v outlets. As for cleanliness, it's nonexistent. They only straighten the bed mattress (there's no top sheet), leave towels, bath towels, and toilet paper, and change the trash can liners, but there's zero cleaning. The bathroom is fine, with normal wear and tear; the shower's water pressure is a plus. As for breakfast, I found it quite good, although others might find it repetitive and lacking variety. The pool is nice, but getting chairs or loungers is a nightmare because there are always those who leave their towels and move on to take the spot. The facilities are passable, and it's in a great location for getting around by Uber. Regarding beach service, the staff there are friendly and attentive, but the umbrellas are all crammed together. People are desperate to be as close to the sea as possible and put more umbrellas in every available space (if you were in front, you'll be left behind because those who arrive later will still be in front). Would I return? I don't know, as far as attention goes I don't think so, perhaps because all things considered it's not bad, although it lacks a little love and maintenance.
